摘要
设计了一种液压减振装置,详尽地分析了整个系统和悬架液压缸的工作原理。基于功率键合图理论,建立了系统的振动模型,推导了状态方程,并通过模糊控制策略对系统的阻尼特性进行了控制。采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对模型进行了仿真,经过与被动系统对比分析,可以看出振动系统的稳定性得到明显提高。
A hydraulic damping device is designed in this paper, and the working principle of the whole system and suspension hydraulic cylinder is also analyzed. The system of vibration model based on the power bond graph theo-ry is established. Besides, the state equation as well as control the system damping characteristics through the fuzzy control strategy are also deduced. The simulation model of the hydraulic damping device is obtained by using Mat-lab/Simulink software. After compared with the passive system analysis, it can be seen that the vibration stability of the hydraulic damping device has improved significantly.
