快速气体加载装置设计研究

摘要 快速气体加载装置用于模拟药柱燃烧时产生的高温、高压气体快速充填试验器的过程,是地面冷试试验的重要装置。快速气体加载装置具有加载速率高(200 MPa/s)、响应时间快(≤0.1 s)、加载压力高(30 MPa)等特点。采用爆破片技术来实现气体快速加载,经过试验验证,效果良好。 The rapid gas loading device is used to simulate the rapid filling tester process of high temperature and high pressure gas of the grain combustion, which is an important device of cold test on the ground. The rapid gas loading device has a high loading rates (200 MPa/s), fast response time (≤0.1s), high loaded pressure (30 MPa) and other characteristics. It is very difficult to achieve the index for the electric control valve and the gas control valve. The usual practice is to use electro-explosive valve to achieve it, but the cost of electro-explosive valve is very high, and it is the one-off. Based on the research of many similar products, the rupture disc is very suitable to realize the rapid gas loading, and the relevant experiments show that the effect is very good. The rupture disc is mature product, cheap, and can meet the needs of frequent testing.
