摘要
轴向柱塞泵柱塞缸体组件是液压柱塞泵和液压柱塞马达的重要组成零件,缸体双金属的烧结和使用寿命直接影响到液压类产品的质量,也是柱塞泵研发中的关键技术难题之一。针对21 t挖掘机用柱塞泵使用过程中遇到的铜层剥落问题,进行了分析研究。
Axial plunger and cylinder block are the critical components in hydraulic axial plunger pump and hydrau-lic axial plunger motor. Sintering and service life of duplex metal directly affect the quality of relevant hydraulic products. So it's one of the key technological problems in plunger pump research and development. This investiga-tion aim is to analyze the copper flaking problems in the course of service in 21 t excavator plunger pump.
