摘要
为减小起升绞车在深海作业时波浪对其影响,介绍了一种带复合型液压缸波浪补偿功能的起升绞车,详细阐述了该绞车的系统组成和工作原理,并分析比较了三种类型的补偿液压缸的优缺点,最终选用所述的复合型液压缸作为该绞车补偿功能的执行元件。
For the purpose of reducing the wave impacts to lifting winch in deep-sea, a set of heave compensation with compound cylinder was proposed for this winch. This paper describes the working principle and components. And three kinds of compensation cylinders were analyzed and compared according to the advantages and disadvan-tages. Finally, compound cylinder was selected as actuator in this heave compensation winch. The aim is to achieve localization for heave compensation products.
