摘要 液压油中不可能绝对没有污染颗粒。为了减少由于污染引起的液压系统的磨损损坏,除了采用恰当的过滤以外,还一定要提高液压元件的抗磨损能力。雅各布教授在攻博期间通过大量实验研究了变量泵与比例换向阀的磨损特性,指出了一些提高液压元件抗磨损性能的途径。 It is not possible that there are not contamination in hydraulic oil. To avoid hydraulic system wear out because of contamination, besides suitable filtration, it is necessary to improve wear behavior of hydraulic components. Prof. G. Jacobs researched wear behavior of variable pumps and proportional valves with many tests during his doctor work, and pointed out some ways to improve wear behavior of hydraulic components.
