铸铁铜合金烧结试验研究分析

摘要 双金属(铸铁-铜)减摩材料是金属基减摩材料中的一种,它是将廉价的铸铁与具有良好减摩性能的铜合金有机结合的一种工程材料。以铸铁为基体,在其表面覆盖铜合金粉末、经烧结压制后作为减摩层。铸铁-铜双金属减摩材料可以综合发挥两种材料的优势,不仅可节约大量贵重金属,还可克服两种金属各自的缺点,使材料具有特殊的性能,以适应各种恶劣工况,大大提高减摩材料的强度并拓宽该类材料的应用范围。该材料已广泛应用于汽车发动机和重型起重机设备等领域。 Double metal(cast iron-copper) friction reduction material is one of the metal base materials. It is a kind of engineering material which organic combines the cheap cast iron with the copper alloy with good friction reducing. Taking cast iron as the matrix, covering the copper alloy powder in its surface, the sintering is suppressed as the friction reducing layer. Cast iron and copper double metal reducing friction materials can play both of the material's advantages. It can not only save a large quantity of valuable metals, but also overcome their disadvantage of two metals with special performance to adapt to a variety of adverse working. And it greatly improves friction material strength reduction and broadens the scope of application. So it has been widely used in automobile engines and heavy-duty crane equipment, and other fields.
