摘要
介绍了平地机工作装置定量节流调速液压系统和负载敏感液压系统的工作原理,比较了两种液压系统的功率消耗及效率,并通过平地机工作装置铲刀提升系统在工作过程中的能量损耗分析整个工作装置液压系统的效率,利用AMESim软件建立该系统的仿真模型,通过仿真模型验证理论分析。
This paper introduces the principle of the hydraulic meter-in throttling speed control system and the loadsensing hydraulic system, and compares the energy consumption and efficiency between these two hydraulic systems. The simulation models for the working device hydraulic system of motor grader are established by the AMESim software, which prove the theoretical analysis.
