摘要
以履带式自卸车为研究对象,对其负载敏感液压系统进行了设计。叙述了履带式自卸车的主要作业工况及要求;通过对比分析负载敏感系统的两种类型,确定了闭心式负载敏感液压系统方案、设计了液压系统原理图并阐述了所设计系统的工作原理。
The main objective of this paper is to complete the design of a tracked dumper with load sensitive hydraulic system. Firstly, the functions and using condition of tracked dumper is elaborated in this paper. And, the closed center load sensitive type hydraulic system is put forward and the drawing of hydraulic principle diagram by analyzing two types of load sensitive system is also completed. Then the working principle of the designed system is elaborated.
