摘要
利用Abaqus有限元软件对11R22.5子午线轮胎进行硫化仿真分析,得到温度场和硫化程度场分布云图。各测温点的温度和硫化程度仿真与试验结果基本吻合,验证了该分析方法的可行性。对硫化过程分析的初始条件、边界条件及材料参数研究发现,轮胎初始温度、外温和胶囊的热导率对轮胎的硫化程度影响较大,可为轮胎硫化工艺优化提供理论指导。
In this study,the vulcanization of 11R22.5 radial tire was simulated by using Abaqus software and the distributions of temperature field and curing degree field were obtained. The simulated temperature and curing degree of measurement points were consistent with experimental results,which verified the feasibility of the analysis method. It was concluded that the initial temperature of the tire,outer temperature and thermal conductivity of curing bladder had significant influence on the curing degree of tire by analyzing the initial conditions,boundary conditions and material parameters for the curing process. This study provided theoretical guidance for the optimization of tire vulcanization process.
