摘要
研究间苯二酚-甲醛树脂在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明,在带束层胶中采用间苯二酚-甲醛树脂等量替代间苯二酚,并适当增大硫黄用量后,胶料的门尼粘度增大,硫化胶的物理性能和钢丝粘合性能相近,成品轮胎的耐久性能相当,胶料成本略有增加,但在胶料生产与使用过程中大大减少了刺激性烟雾,操作环境显著改善,实现了清洁生产。
The application of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in the belt compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,by using resorcinol-formaldehyde resin instead of the same level of resorcinol in the belt compound,and increasing the addition level of sulfur properly,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,the physical properties of the vulcanizate and its adhesion with steel cord were similar,the endurance performance of the finished tire changed little,and the cost of the compound increased slightly. However,the irritating smoke was reduced greatly in the production and use of the compound,the operation environment was improved remarkably,and the cleaner production was realized.
