Improved Design on Centering Rectification Device for Four Roll Calendering Line

介绍四辊压延机联动线定中纠偏装置的改造设计。改造后定中纠偏装置由电动定中执行机构和传感器检测系统两大部分组成,设计新颖、独特。改造后的定中纠偏装置克服了以前液压定中纠偏装置纠偏精度低以及维修清洗工作量大的缺点,性能稳定,操作简单方便。

The improved design on the centering rectification device for four roll calendering line was introduced. The redesigned device was consist of electric actuating mechanism and sensor detection system,which overcame the shortcomings of low centering accuracy and large amount of maintenance and cleaning work for previous hydraulic centering rectification device. After modification,the centering rectification device had stable performance with simple and convenient operation.
