摘要
采用有限元软件分析全钢载重子午线轮胎冠部材料分布对成品轮胎花纹沟底裂的影响。建立轮胎断面模型和三维有限元模型,计算2种方案轮胎在静负荷情况下冠部花纹沟底的应力变化情况和沟壁的扩张程度。结果表明:增大胎肩垫胶厚度有利于减少花纹沟底裂的发生;并根据2个方案试制轮胎进行实际测量对比,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。
The influence of material distribution of tire crown on the groove bottom crack of truck and bus radial tire was analyzed by finite element software. Tire section model and 3D finite element model were established,the stress change of tread grooves on the side of tire tread and expansion of groove side under static load were calculated for two tire designs. The results showed that increase of the thickness of the shoulder pad could reduce the occurrence of groove bottom crack. Tires were made according to these two designs and tested,and the test results verified the correctness of the finite element analysis results.
