摘要 介绍435/50R19. 5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径927 mm,断面宽430 mm,行驶面宽度380 mm,行驶面弧度高10 mm,胎圈着合直径494 mm,胎圈着合宽度381 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2) 0. 98,采用条形花纹,花纹深度13. 0 mm,花纹饱和度78. 5%,花纹周节数78。施工设计:采用两方两块挤出胎面,胎体采用3+9+15×0. 22+0. 15钢丝帘线,1~#—3~#带束层采用3+8×0. 33HT钢丝帘线,4~#带束层采用5×0. 35HI钢丝帘线;采用一次法三鼓成型机成型、热板双模定型硫化机氮气硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准和相应设计要求。 The design of 435/50 R19. 5 truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 927 mm,cross-sectional width 430 mm,width of running surface 380 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 494 mm,bead width at rim seat 381 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 98,rib tread pattern,pattern depth 13. 0 mm,block/total ratio 78. 5%,and number of pattern pitches 78. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-formula and two-piece extruded tread,3 + 9 +15×0. 22+0. 15 steel cord for carcass,3+8×0. 33 HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,5×0. 35 HI steel cord for4# belt;using single-stage three-drum building machine to build tire and double-mold heat plate curing press to cure tire with nitrogen. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance met the requirements of national standards and relative design.
