摘要
介绍19.5LR24 IND无内胎农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 301 mm,断面宽500 mm,行驶面宽度442 mm,行驶面弧度高22 mm,胎圈着合直径612 mm,胎圈着合宽度445 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2) 0.744 3,采用有向花纹,花纹深度38 mm,花纹饱和度28. 8%,花纹周节数18。施工设计:采用缠绕胎面,带束层采用4层1400dtex/3锦纶66浸胶帘布(低负荷)或2层3×0. 2+6×0. 35HT钢丝帘线(高负荷),胎体采用3层2200dtex/2DSP聚酯帘布,采用成型机成型、蒸锅式双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能满足相关标准要求。
The design on 19.5 LR24 IND tubeless agriculture radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 301 mm,cross-sectional width 500 mm,width of running surface 442 mm,arc height of running surface 22 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 612 mm,bead width at rim seat 445 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)0.744 3,using directed pattern,pattern depth 38 mm,block/total ratio 28.8%,and number of pattern pitches 18.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using winding tread,using 4 layers of 1400 dtex/3 dipped nylon 66 cord for belt(low load)or 2 layers of 3×0.2+6×0.35 HT steel cord for belt(high load),3 layers of 2200 dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass,using building machine to build tires,and steamertype double-mold press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,physical properties and endurance met the requirements of relevant standards.
