摘要
考虑到目前压力油封理论研究较少,本文基于有限元法建立了油封的二维轴对称接触分析模型,采用田口方法,在中低压工况下研究了油封的几个关键设计参数对其接触特性及稳定性的影响。结果表明:缩减油封腰长,增大腰厚,降低过盈量或增大大气侧夹角均可有效缩小接触宽度、提高密封区域稳定性;增大油封腰部厚度,降低过盈量,加大弹簧槽与唇口的距离,减小弹簧劲度系数皆能有效降低油封径向力、减小径向力的波动。通过合理设计油封唇部结构,可提高油封耐压性,使油封在压力场合中更稳定、可靠运行。
To enrich theoretical study of oil seal under higher pressure,a two-dimensional axisymmetric analysis model of oil seal was established based on the finite element method. Using Taguchi method,the effect of several key design parameters of oil seal on contact performance parameters and stability under higher pressure was studied. The results indicate that,the sealing contact width can be reduced and the stability of sealing area can be improved effectively by reducing the waist length,increasing the waist thickness or reducing the interference or increasing the air side angle. The total radial force of the oil seal and the fluctuation of the radial force can be reduced effectively by increasing the thickness of waist,reducing the interference,increasing the distance between the spring groove and lip mouth,or reducing the spring stiffness factor. By appropriately designing the structure of seal lip,the pressure-resistant properties of the oil seal can be obviously improved,making the oil seal operate more stably and reliably under different medium and low pressures.
