组合式空调箱表冷器变工况分析数字化实现技术 被引量:3

摘要 以空调箱数字化设计选型软件为平台,以表冷器变工况分析为对象,在Visual Basic 6.0编译环境下,分别讨论了Matrix VB组件、MSChart控件和Picture Box控件在曲线图绘制方面的应用,针对变工况分析过程中数据量大、数据范围广、曲线图多的特点,分析了3种方式在曲线绘制过程中的优势与局限性,选用了Picture Box控件和Line()函数,采用了坐标变换的思想,实现了快速、动态、精确地绘制大量性能曲线。研究结果是对空调箱选型设计软件的完善,对提高空调箱设计开发效率和降低设计成本有重要意义。 This paper discussed the application of Matrix VB groups,MSChart controls and Picture Box controls under Visual Basic6.0 compiling environment,respectively with the digital design and type selection software for the air handling unit and with the varible conditon as the analysis object,analyzed the advantages and limitations of three methods in the curving plotting process with respect to the characteristics of huge amount of data,wide data range and multiple curve diagrams in the variable condition analysis process,selected Picture Box control and Line function,and adopted the thinking of coordinate transformation,which achieved rapid,dynamic and precise plotting of large number of performance curves. The content of present study is the improvement of the type selection and design software for the air handling unit,and is also an important part of it. It is of great significance to improve the design and development efficiency of the air handling unit and reduce its design cost.
