摘要
摆动瓦多油楔动静压混合轴承是我们首次研制的一种新型轴承。本文用理论分析和数值计算综合方法,求得了轴承的承载特性,并分析了轴承的有关参数对承载特性的影响。在上述理论研究的基础上,对轴承的承载特性进行了试验验证,证明了理论分析模型及计算程序是正确的。从而,为这种轴承的设计和优化参数选择,提供了可靠的依据。
Tilting-pad multi-oil-crave hydrostatic bearing is a new kind of bearing we are now studying. In this paper, the loadcarrying characteristics of the bearing are obtained by the numerical calculation and theoretical analysis, and the effects of some parameters of the bearing on above characteristics are studied. On the basis of theoretical studies, we verified the load-carrying characteristics of the bearing by experiment, which are correlated with the theoretical analysis. Therefore, we provide reliable basis for the design and the choice of optimum parameters of this kind of bearing.
