摘要
应用ADINA有限元程序对直径为1米的不锈钢球内接多面壳体液压胀球过程进行了分析。得到了多面壳体在施加内压力情况下的变形过程,其结果与实验结果相吻合,证实了壳体胀形过程中焊缝变形的三个阶段。
In this paper, a polyhedric shell one meter in diameter made of stainless steel during hydrobulging process was analysed by using ADINA finite element procedure. The deforming process of the polyhedron was obtained in the case of applying to pressure. This result is consistent with the result of experiments. It confirms the three phases of welding seam deformation during hydrobulging process.
