中国轮胎循环利用协会(原名中国轮胎翻修与循环利用协会,以下简称'中轮协'),1986年12月经原国家经济贸易委员会批准、1987年4月在民政部注册登记,具有社团法人资格,是国内惟一从事废旧轮胎循环利用的全国性行业组织,隶属国务院国有资产监督管理委员会,业务上接受国家发展和改革委员会、工业和信息化部、商务部、交通运输部、生态环境部指导。目前中轮协的业务包括旧轮胎翻新和废轮胎循环利用两大业务板块,具体划分为四个专业:旧轮胎翻新、废轮胎生产再生橡胶、废轮胎生产橡胶粉、废轮胎热裂解。
Registered with Wnislry of Civil Affairs of the PRC in April 1987, China Tyre Recycling Association (previously known as China Tyre Retreading, Repairing and Recycling Association, hereinafter referred to as “Association”) is by far the only national civil organization in the field of tire retreading, as well as of the recycling and reusing of end-of-life tires (ELTs). The Association has been qualified to hold legal personality, and is now directed by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It also works under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the National Development and Ministry of Ecological Environment.
