改革开放前中国农村土地制度的演变

The Evolvement of Rural Land System in China Before Reforming and Opening

改革开放前 ,中国农村先后推行了三次土地制度变革 ,最终使封建地主土地所有制转变成为社会主义集体土地所有制。通过审视这一系列改革 ,我们的结论是 :(1)三次土地制度变革是为建立社会主义制度而作出的战略选择 ;(2 )发展农村经济 ,支援国家工业化建设是土地制度变革的根本目标 ;(3)产权制度变革是土地制度变革的核心 ;(4)土地制度变革有成就 ,也有失误 ;(5 )无论什么时候 。

Before reforming and opening, three changes of land system had been carried out in Chinese rural one after another, and feudal landlord land ownership was translated into socialist collective land ownership eventually. Through looking closely at this series reform, following conclusions could be reached: (1) three changes of land system are strategic options which be made for establishment of socialist system; (2) developing rural economy and supporting national industrialization construction is the basic goal of land system changes; (3) change of property right system is the core of land system change; (4) three changes of land system had achievement, also had fault; (5) in any case, the production enthusiasm of peasant should be protected.
