Welcome a New Stage of Development of the Library of Tongren Teachers College

针对现代图书馆的发展方向,提出了铜仁师专图书馆应正确对待传统与现代化之间的关系,从实际出发认真做好三项工作:1.改变传统观念,统一思想,确定发展策略;2.强化文献工作,提高服务质量;3.重视队伍建设,更新馆员知识结构。

In accordance with the development of modem library, it is pointed that the library of Tongren Teachers College should maintain a proper attitude toward tradition and modernization. Proceed from actual conditions, three works must be seriously done: 1.To change conventional ideas, seek unity of thinking and devise development tactics. 2.To emphasize literature works and improve the quality of service. 3.To strengthen the construction of staff and renewal structure of their knowledge.
