略论高校图书馆员继续教育的几个问题与观念的转变

分析了高等学校图书馆馆员继续教育中存在的问题,提出了新时代图书馆馆员在继续教育中应转变的观念,以及解决问题的几个措施。

This paper discusses some problems existing in the continuing education of college and university librarians and calls for new requirements for their changes of concept in continuing education. A few effective ways to deal with such problems are presented.
