对开放教育法学专业教学改革的若干思考

教学改革是开放教育法学专业的核心问题,需要教师转变教育观念,充分认识开放教育法学专业人才培养模式改革的现实基础并进行积极探索。本文分析了法学专业在教材、课程体系、教学方法、考核方式等方面存在的问题,结合自己的教学实践,对法学教学改革提出.了相应的改进和完善的建议。

Instructional reform is the key issue of jurisprudence in open education, which requires teachers to change their ideas, to fully realize the present state of talent -training model reform and make a positive exploration of the teaching. Based on the author's personal experience, this paper analyses some problems such as textbook, course system, teaching methods and examination,etc,and puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
