顾客满意是企业关注的一个重要方面 ,因而需要利用顾客满意指标体系对其进行度量与反映。顾客满意指标的设计过程需要经过初选。
The satisfaction from the customers is paid more attention by the business.So the quota system of the satisfaction from the customers should be used to serve the company.The design of the quota system needs the first choice,investigation and statistical analysis.
