医院建筑空间的应变性

The Research of the Adaptability to Changes of Hospital Building Space

本文从理论上对医院建筑空间的应变性进行了研究。首先,分析了门诊、住院、医技部空间对灵活性的要求,提出在建筑面积不增加的情况下,适应医院各部门形变的途径;然后,根据医院建筑寿命和功能寿命的关系,提出在建筑面积增加的情况下,适应医院不同程度形变的“延展”型和“更新”型扩展途径。在医院建筑的规划设计中,综合考虑医院空间的灵活性和扩展性,是适应医院形变的前提条件。

With the rapid development and the large scaled renovation and extension of the hospital building in recent years, most architects both at home and abroad have paid much attention to the adaptability to changes of the building space. This paper studies the problem systematically in two chapters. The first chapter analyses the flexibility which is necessary in space of the following three departments: outpatient, inpatient, medical technology. It comes up with the method which is suitable for building change in different departments without increasing the building area. The second chapter, according to the lifespan relationship between building's and fuction's, comes up with the method of expanding and renewing the building with building area's increaing. This method is suitable for changes to different degrees. In planning and designing the hospital building, paying comprehensive attention to the flexibility and expansibility of the building space is the principle of adjusting different changes in hospital.
