With the further development of the integration of the world economy,it becomes increasingly important for us to pay attention to the problem of the conflict of law brought about by corporations,especially transnational corporations.Recent legislations of the international private law focus more on the application of law in concerning corporations.The article is intended to present the conception"General Law Applicable to Corporations"considering the limitations of the traditional international private law both in theory and practice.It has a systematic query about the conception,characters,demarcation,applying scope,enforceability and flexibility of the general law.
