Review and Prospect of Research on Contemporary Constitutional Jurisprudence

90年代以来,中国大陆宪法学界顺应时代要求,逐渐对市场经济条件下宪法观念和制度的转型问题进行探讨。本文侧重对以下方面问题的讨论进行梳理:关于宪法学体系的重构问题;关于宪法学的若干范畴问题;关于宪政的概念和性质问题;关于权利制度创新问题等。

This article is concentrated on development trend of constitutional theoretical research in the last decade in the Chinese Continent which reflecting different viewpoints about issues of changing of constitutional institutions and values to meet requirements of forming of market economic system.
