摘要
本文通过对传统PERT网络模型数学分析方法及其假设条件的深入分析,指出了传统PERT网络工期分布规律并非正态,而是呈现偏态。并通过计算机模拟方法对PERT网络进行模拟计算。证明了偏态分布规律的正确性。同时还得到了工作“关键度”、“PERT关键线路”等新的重要结论。
Based on the analysis of the mathematical method and its hypothesis, this paper points out that the PERT network construction time distributing pattern is not normal distribution.With the help of computer simulation,the correctness of the nonnormal distribution of the PERT network has been verified.And some latest important conclusions of 'the critical ratio' and 'the PERT critical path' have been acquired.
