替牙期乳牙邻面去釉在正畸中的应用

An Application on Glaze Removing from Neighboring Side of Milk Tooth in the Period of Tooth Substitute

目的 通过替牙期乳牙邻面去釉的方法解除前牙轻度拥挤。方法 选择替牙期前牙轻度拥挤患者15例 ,年龄 8～ 11岁。按照分次少量调磨的方法 ,用高速涡轮机细车针 ,磨削乳磨牙或乳尖牙邻面釉质 ,以获得间隙解除前牙拥挤。结果 经过乳牙邻面去釉的方法治疗后 ,12例轻中度拥挤的患儿取得满意的效果 ,其中 8例患者省去了以后的固定矫治 ,4例患者虽然还存在少量拥挤 ,但为以后固定矫治的简单化创造了条件。 3例患者因没有很好配合 ,只好放弃治疗。结论 替牙期乳牙邻面去釉解除前牙轻度拥挤 ,是一种简便、有效的方法。

Objective To resolve the problem of anterior teeth being crowed by the method of removing glaze from neighboring side of milk tooth in the period of tooth substitute. Methods 15 cases aged 8～11 with anterior teeth being crowed were selected to be treated. Results Using the method of removing glaze from neighboring side of milk tooth, 12 cases were cured with satisfied effects including 8 cases with no further correcting treatment and 4 cases being little crowed but creating good conditions fur further correcting treatment. Conclusions Glaze removing from neighboring side of milk tooth in the period of tooth substitute was a simple and effective method.
