摘要
城市的抗震防灾工作是一项重要而复杂的系统工程。本文利用一种动态最优化方法,初步解决了城市抗震加固投资的分配问题。该方法具有简便、实用的特点,可以较好地揭示城市抗震加固工作的经济本质和内在机制。该方法的应用可以取得显著的经济效益。
The work of earthquake resistance and disaster prevention is a kind of importent and sophisticated system engineering. In this paper, the investment allocation problems of urban aseismic strengthening are solved by use of a dynamic optimal method. This method is easy to use and practical, which expounds the economic essentials and inner mechanism of the urban aseismic strengthening. Remarkable economic benifits will be made when this method is used in practice.
