超薄皮瓣联合筋膜层“8”字缝合治疗腋臭术后复发

To treat relapse of postoperative hircismus with the method of super thin flap and "8"closure in fascia

目的:探索腋臭术后复发的根治性手术方法。方法:根据腋窝皮肤及大汗腺解剖结构特点,采用超薄皮瓣联合筋膜层“8”字缝合法治疗腋臭术后复发24例,随访18例。结果:术后及随访结果表明无一例腋臭再次复发和瘢痕挛缩形成。结论:超薄皮瓣联合筋膜层“8”字缝合法操作简单,安全可靠,是根治术后复发性腋臭的理想方法。

Objective: To found a way of radical cure of relapse of postoperative hircismus.Methods:According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland , 24 cases of relapse of postoperative hircismus with way of super thin flap and '8' closure in fascia , following-up 18 cases.Results: Postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated no one case of hircismus relapse once more with the perineal scars.Conclusion: this method of super thin flap and '8' closure in fascia is the best way to treat hircismus relapse with simplicity of operation and safe.
