摘要
目的:本文对临床使用Ω曲朝近中的横腭弓和Ω曲朝远中的横腭弓在增加磨牙支抗方面进行对比研究,以利于临床应用。方法:选择上颌前突的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合12例为对照组,使用Ω曲朝近中的横腭弓增加支抗;按照同样病例选择标准选择病例14例为实验组,使用Ω曲朝远中的横腭弓增加支抗,对这两组进行治疗前后的矢状方向及垂直方向测量指标的对比研究。结果:①6-Ptm,6-So在对照组及实验组中治疗前后均增加,但实验组相对于对照组增加的少,且具有显著性;②6-PP在两组中治疗前后均增加,且两组增加的程度差值不具有显著性;③1-Ptm,1-So,1-NA,1-SN两组中治疗前后均显著减小;④∠GoGn-Sn和ALFH/AFH%在两组中治疗前后均无明显改变。结论:对于安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合的患者,Ω朝远中的横腭弓在控制磨牙前移方面优于Ω曲朝近中的横腭弓。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare between transpalatal arch of mesially bended Ωand the one of distally bended Ωon reinforcing anchorage.Methods:Control group: twelve ClassⅡDivisionⅠcases was selected and treated with a transpalatal arch of mesially bended Ωfor reinforcing anchorage.Study group: 14 ClassⅡDivisionⅠcases was selected and treated with a transpalatal arch of distally bended Ωfor reinforcing anchorage .Results: ①The mesially displacement of the first maxillary molars (6-Ptm,6-So)in the study group was less than the control group's significantly. ②The different protracted quantity of the first maxillary molars between in the study group and in the control group was insignificant.③The distally displacement and the reduced axial inclination of the upper inciors ( 1-Ptm,1-So,1-NA,1-SN) were increased significantly in the both groups.④∠GoGn-Sn and ALFH/AFH%were reduced insignificantly in the both groups.Conclusions:The transpalatal arch of distally bended Ωcan provide more anchorage than the one of mesially bended Ω.
