全口覆盖义齿与老年人口腔美学的关系

目的:探讨减缓老年全口义齿患者牙槽骨吸收、保持牙槽骨高度的最佳方法。方法:通过79例覆盖全口义齿与118例普通全口义齿的比较,观察在有无牙根保留的情况下,牙槽骨的吸收状况。结果:普通全口义齿组的牙槽骨吸收较覆盖全口义齿组明显。结论:保留牙根对减缓牙槽骨吸收、保持牙槽骨高度有积极的作用,而且是维持面部形态及延长义齿使用周期的最简单易行的好方法。

Objective:To study the best method for slowing down the alveolar bones'absorption and keeping the alveolar bones'height of the full denture among the aged patients Methods:To observe the alveolar bones'absorption under reserved and un-reserved fangs conditions respectively by comparing 79 cases of mantled full denture with 118 cases of ordinary full denture.Re-suits:The alveolar bone's absorption of the ordinary full denture is more evident than that of the mantled full denture.Conclusions:Reserving tangs not only plays a positive role on slowing down the absorption of alveolar bones and keeping the height of them,butis the simplest and easiest means to maintain the face appearance and to prolong the service life of false teeth as well.
