下睑袋分型及术式选择

The clinical pathological classification of lower palpebrarum and its operation style

目的:探讨下睑袋的5种临床病理分型,并根据分型采取不同术式。方法:50例分为5型,即①单纯眼轮匝肌肥厚型;②单纯皮肤膨隆型伴下睑皮肤松弛型;③下睑轻中度膨隆型;④下睑中重度膨隆型伴下睑皮肤松弛型;⑤皮肤松弛伴下睑缘与眶下缘之间凹陷型。手术原则:对于单纯眼轮匝肌肥厚型,只需修薄眼轮匝肌。对于单纯皮肤松弛型,只需去除多余的皮肤。对于下睑轻中度膨隆型,可选择结膜径路。对于皮肤松弛伴下睑中重度膨隆型,需要从睑缘皮肤切口去除多余的皮肤,及眶隔脂肪,同时收紧眶隔及眼轮匝肌。结果:50例效果皆良好,无明显并发症。结论:下睑袋根据临床病理分型而采用对应术式,才能取得美容效果,减少并发症。

Objective: To study the clinical pathologic classification of lower palpebrarum and its relative operative style.Methods:50 cases of lower palpebrarum were divided into 5 types according to clinical pathological classification.①Simple musclus orbicularis oculipashynisis.②Simple blepharo chalasis.③Mild and moderate palpebrainferior bulge.④moderate and severe type palpebra inferior.⑤Blepharo chalasis and umblicute type between lower eyelid magin and lower orbit magin.Results:All cases obtained good effects without any complications.Conclusion:according to their clinical pathological classification to rase their operative results and diminish their complication.
