就新形势下的国企经营者激励机制存在的问题及其表现进行了深入的分析,并提出了建立和完善国企经营者激励机制的对策。
The author introduce sthe problems on encouragement of mechanism of manager in state-owned enterprise on new situtation, make an analysis, put forward some countermeasures in establishing perfect encouragement of mechanism of manager in state-owned enterprise.
