办好高职教育必须满足一定的条件,其中师资队伍建设、实训基地建设和课程体系建设至关重要。本文指出了解决上述问题的重要性及有关的方法与途径。

To run well a higher education college has to meet curtained conditions among which teachers, practice base and coursesystem improving are most important. The importance, related methods and the way of solving all those above are pointed out in this paper.
