摘要
铸造表面粗糙度比较样块是与 GB6060.1—85《表面粗糙度比较样块铸造表面》配套使用的计量器具.本文针对表面粗糙度比较样块在研制过程中出现直接影响样块质量的电铸应力,镀层的覆盖能力,均匀性等问题进行了深入的探讨;并通过对工艺,电镀时极板的电流分布,电镀液的配比以及添加剂的使用等各方面进行了改进和调整,使得上述问题得以很好解决.保证了生产的稳定和产品的质量.
The roughness comparison specimens of cast surface is a measuring app- liance used with GB6060.1-85《Roughness comparison Specimens Cast surfa- ce》The stress of galvanoplasty covered capability of film and the uniformity which effect on the quality of the specimens,are studied deeply in this ar- ticle.Through modificating and adjusting to the process current distribution and using of additives correctly,the stabilization of production and quality of product are guaranteed.
