高T_C氧化物超导体YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的磁性

The Magnetism of Hgih Tc Oxide Superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)

在制备了高 Tc 超导材料 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的基础上,测量了其磁化率随温度的变化。结果表明:k-T测量与 R-T 测量检测出的 Tc 相同。又将固态反应物 Y_2O_3,BaO,CuO 混合压制成型后的样品磁化率与热处理后的超导样品的磁化率相比较,对所得结果进行了讨论。

On the basis of making the high Tc superconductive material YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ), the variation of the susceptibility with temperature is measured.The results of test indicate that the values of Tc measured by κ-T and by R-T are the same.The susceptibilities of the two samples are compared,one sample is formed by pressing the mixture of solid reactants Y_2O_3 BaO and CuO,the other sample is the supercoductor after heating treatment.The results obtained from the tests are discussed.
