摘要
为控制化工生产中的酸碱中和反应,通常采用的比值串级自动调节系统存在着较大的时间滞后问题,作者提出了采用乘积比值自动控制方法,可得到理想的效果.
Acid-base neutralization reaction is widely used in chemical production. In many cases,the requirement for the result of the reaction is very strict. That is,the PH value of the solution must be closely up to 7.For this pur- pose,bit-string auto-control system is adopted to control the reaction.But the system is of great time lag.To solve the above problem,the paper sug- gests that product proportionality auto-control be adopted to get ideal effects.
