Deep Understanding of The Newly Amended European Directive on Packaging and Packaging Waste

本文介绍2018年6月14日发布的新修订欧盟包装和包装废弃物指令的主要变化,包括新增加的2025年和2030年底前的回收加工使用目标,废弃物管理等级原理,回收加工使用废弃物重量的计算规则和为保障指令的实施所采取的一些措施等,以及对中国厂家的建议。

The major changes introduced by the DIRECTIVE(EU) 2018/852 amending Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste which was published on 14 June 2018 are studied, including the newly added minimum targets by weight for recycling before the end of 2025 and 2030, the waste hierarchy principle, rules on the calculation of the attainment of the targets and the measures taken to ensure the implementation of the Directive. Also included are some recommendations for the Chinese manufacturers.
