摘要 二维码由于具有扫码响应速度快、信息量大等优点,目前广泛运用于各类商品包装的信息追踪、广告宣传中。本文将着重介绍一种适合于至少200米/分高速度轮转凹版印刷的可变、可读取二维码印刷技术方案,不仅可直接在各类包装印刷品上形成指定的可变二维码图案,并可实现变速状态下喷印位置的自动调整及二维码在线识别扫码校验,进一步提高二维码包装印刷品的生产效率。为同行企业二维码印刷生产效率及质量的提高提供参考。 Due to the advantages of fast scanning response and large amount of information,the twodimensional code is widely used in information tracking and advertising of various commodity packaging.This paper focuses on a variable,readable two-dimensional code printing technology suitable for rotogravure printing at a speed of at least 200 m/min.It can not only form a specified variable QR code pattern directly on various packaging prints.The automatic adjustment of the printing position under the shifting state and the online identification scanning code verification of the two-dimensional code can be realized,thereby further improving the production efficiency of the two-dimensional code packaging printed matter.In the end,it provides a reference for the improvement of production efficiency and quality of QR code printing by peer companies.
