The entire economic society is a whole that can't be broken up. Countryside holds a dominant role in the economic development of our country. Economic development of rural areas has much bearing on the development of entire social economy. The effect of farmer's income on the economic development is discussed in this paper. Furthermore, some countermeasures dealing with these problems are put forward in it .
