八倍体小偃麦中_2的染色体组构成分析

ANALYSIS OF THE GENOME CONSTITUTION OF OCTOPLOID TRITITRIGIA INTERMEDIATE2

本文对小偃麦中_2(普通小麦与天兰偃麦草杂交形成的八倍体复合种)染色体组构成进行分析,观察到中_2与硬粒小麦珂珂瑞特杂种F_1的减数分裂中期工染色体组构型为13.41Ⅰ+12.76Ⅱ+085Ⅲ+0.09Ⅳ;普通小麦“中国春”与中_2杂交F_1减数分裂中期工染色体组构型为8.47Ⅰ+19.39Ⅱ+0.43Ⅲ+0.15Ⅳ;在珂珂瑞特×天兰偃麦草杂种F_1与中_2回交一代中(2n=63植株)。其减数分裂中期工染色体组构型为17.22Ⅰ+77.94Ⅱ+2.42Ⅲ+0.42Ⅳ+0.12Ⅴ,三价体最高出现5个,上述结果表明:中_2所带的天兰偃麦草染色体组就是其具同亲关系染色体组中的一组。

In this paper, we discussed the genome constitution of Trititrigia intermediate2. The mean configuration per PMC in the hybrids between Trititrigia intermediate 2 and Triticum turgidum var durum ke Kerite. are 13.41 Ⅰ+12.76 Ⅰ+0.85 Ⅲ 0.09 Ⅳ . In the hybrids between Triticum aestivum Chinese spring and Trititrigia in termediate2, the mean configuration per PMC are 8.47 Ⅰ+19.39 Ⅱ+0.43 Ⅲ+ 0.15 Ⅳ. In the BC_1 plants [ (Triticam turgidum var durum×Elytrigia intermedium) F_1×Trititrigia intermediate2.2n=63]. The mean configuration per PMC are 17.22 Ⅰ+17.94 Ⅱ+2.42 Ⅲ+0.42 Ⅳ+0.12 Ⅴ, the trivalents reach to five. Based on these results, we think the Trititrigia in\termediate2 contain one of autosyndetic genomes of Elytrigia intermedium.
