本文概述民国时期同乡组织在公益活动方面日益增强的作用 ,并探讨其社会效能 ,包括关系网络 ,具有多重公共认同与组织关系的公众人物 ,以及民国时期广泛存在的呼声。通过南京国民政府以前及期间的几个事例 ,考虑不同时期组织型网络及其主持社会公益能力的不同情形。这些变化的情形反映了当时国民政府代理人物日渐把握和加强行使权力 ,以及青帮崛起与壮大的社会现实。

This article discussed the role of countrymen organizations in the commonweal activities in Republic of China.By revewing several examples occurring before the estabishment of Nanjing National Government and during the reign of it,the author became conscious of organizational network's different capacities of presiding social commonweal activies in different period.The chang reflected the fact that the governor of Nanjing National Government grasped and strengthened its power day by day.
