剖宫产术中宫缩剂应用时机与子宫出血量的观察

Seeking of Proper Time for Giving Uterine Contraction Agent and Observation of Bleeding During Cesarean Section

本文总结了166例因不同指征而行剖宫产结束分娩的产妇病例。实验组113例,对照组53例。在剖宫取胎过程中,于胎肩娩出同时即刻给与宫缩剂注入子宫肌层,是减少子宫出血量的关键所在。可使子宫出血量减少至250ml以下;若在胎儿完全娩出,1分钟内给与宫缩剂则子宫出血量较多。

This article discussed 166 cases of cesarean section due to different indications: experimental groups: 113; control groups: 53. It indicates that during cesarean section, injecting uterine contraction agent into uterine muscular layer as soon as the fetus' shoulder has appeared which could reduce bleeding amount to less than 250ml. If uterine contraction agent is given within one minute after comolete deliver bleeding (?)
