痘苗病毒增强人类白血病细胞特异性抗原的实验研究

摘要 我们应用痘苗病毒处理人白血病细胞制备瘤苗,免疫豚鼠,取其腹腔渗出细胞进行巨噬细胞移动抑制实验。以瘤苗为刺激抗原时,其移动指数显著降低,表明痘苗病毒增强了人白血病细胞的抗原性,从而引起特异性细胞免疫增强。 The tumor vaccine was prepared by treating leukemia cells with vaccinia viruses. After being immunized guinea pigs with the tumor vaccine, its peritoneal cells were harvested and macrophage migration inhibition(MI) were tested. There was a significant difference between MI by stimulating with tumor vaccine and MI by stimulating with human leukemia cells (P<0.05). It indicated that the antigenicity of human leukemia cells which had been treated with vaccinia viruses was augmented.
