银屑病患者血小板凝血酶敏感蛋白-1及CD36分子的表达

Study on Expression of Thrombospondin-1 and CD36 of Platelets in Psoriasis

目的 探讨血小板活化与银屑病发病的关系。方法 采用流式细胞仪对银屑病患者血小板凝血酶敏感蛋白 1(thrombospondin 1,TSP 1)及CD3 6分子的表达进行研究。结果 患者血小板TSP 1及CD3 6表达量较对照组显著增高 (P均 <0 .0 1)。进行期患者血小板TSP 1及CD3 6表达量明显高于静止期患者 (P均 <0 .0 1)。患者血小板TSP 1及CD3 6表达量与病程无关 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 血小板活化在银屑病发病过程中具有重要作用。

Objective In ordet to study the relation between activation of platelets and psoriasis.Methods By using flow cytometry,we studied the expression of TSP-1 and CD36 of platelets in psoriatic patients.Results Compared with that of normal subjects,increased expression of TSP-1 and CD36 of platelets in psoriatic patients was observed(P<0.01).The expression of TSP-1 and CD36 of platelets in active psoriasis was significantly higher than that of resting psoriasis(P<0.01).The expression of TSP-1 and CD36 in psoriatic patients had no relation with the course of the disease(P>0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that activation of platelets may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
