用曲泰斯贴剂检测变应性接触性皮炎

Detection of Contact Hypersensitivity by TRUE Test System

目的 观察曲泰斯斑贴试剂在我国应用的可行性。方法 对 10 0例皮肤病门诊患者用曲泰斯贴剂进行斑贴试验研究。其中确诊变应性接触性皮炎患者 2 1例 ,非变应性接触性皮炎患者 19例 ,可疑变应性接触性皮炎 60例。结果 确诊变应性接触性皮炎组获与临床符合的阳性结果 19例 ;非变应性接触性皮炎组阳性 4例 ,均与临床无关。斑贴试验的灵敏度为 90 .5 % ,特异度 78.9% ,准确性 85 .0 %。除轻度瘙痒外 ,未见不良反应。结论 曲泰斯贴剂在我国检测变应性接触性皮炎安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of TRUE test system in China.Methods 100 outpatients were patch tested using TRUE test system.21 of them were allergic contact dermatitis (ACD),19 patients were non-ACD (NACD) and 60 patients were suspected ACD.Results 19 patients in ACD group obtained relevant patch test results.4 patients in NACD group were positive,however,none of them were relevant.The sensitivity and specificity of TRUE test system is 90.5% and 78.9% respectively.The accuracy is 85.0%.No adverse reactions were observed except mild itch in test positive patients.Conclusion TRUE test system is effective and safe in detection of ACD in China.
