妊娠期与非妊娠期尖锐湿疣的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Condyloma Acuminatum with and Without Pregnancy Female

目的 探讨妊娠期与非妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的临床表现及预后。方法 对 3 5例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的患者及 3 5例未妊娠的尖锐湿疣患者进行回顾性的分析。结果 妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的患者 ,疣体为巨块型 9例 ,占2 5 .7% ;复发 3次以上者 11例 ,占 3 1.43 %。新生儿未发现明显畸形。结论 妊娠期疣体易发展为巨块型 ,难治愈 ,易复发。难以治愈的尖锐湿疣患者 ,应先终止妊娠 ;珍贵儿可保留胎儿 ,继续妊娠。

Objective To observe the clinical manifestation and prognosis of condyloma acuminatum with and without pregnancy female.Methods Seventy cases in our department from 1996～2000 years were analyzed retrospectively.Thirty-five cases were pregnancy females and Thirty-five cases were non-pregnancy.Results The patients with huge condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy were nine cases(25.7%).Eleven cases who recurrence were more than 3 times.The malformed newborn was not founded.Conclusion The condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy trimesters was easily become huge.It was difficult to cure the condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy trimesters.Recurrence was easily seen in pregnancy trimesters.The patient with condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy trimesters should give up pregnancy, which was difficult to cure. But precious infant may be retained.
