New Immunosuppressants in the Treatment of Dermatoses
摘要
由于传统的免疫抑制剂选择性差、毒副作用大 ,因此 ,研制选择性强、安全有效的新型免疫抑制剂 ,成为近年临床医药学领域研究的热点之一。本文对磷酸二酯酶 (PDE)抑制剂、子囊霉素衍生物 (环孢素A、他克莫司、匹美克莫司、西罗莫司等 )、爱若华、霉酚酸酯、生物性免疫抑制剂和中草药免疫抑制剂的药理作用、皮肤科适应症、疗效和副作用等作了综述。
